​​​​Granting Infusionsoft Access

This page shows how to grant access to your Infuionsoft application to an Infusionsoft Certified Partner in three easy steps.


1. From the main menu in the upper left of Infusionsoft, select Users under the admin group of the menu.

2. Click the button that says Add Partner (not the one for Add Users). Users are other people in your organization and require a seat-license. Partners are recognized by Infusionsoft, and do not consume a license to work with you.

3. In the next screen, add webtools@PrimaryGoals.com for the KeepId.
Make sure the Admin option is on.
Then press Send Email Invitation.
