For each product, there should be at least one campaign listening for the purchase of that product. The rest of that campaign then fulfills what the customer just purchased. However, you might want to apply a tag after a product is purchased, and the fulfillment campaign listens for that tag. Both scenarios are handled.
- By knowing this, you can put automation in place for delivery, even if it’s just creating tasks, to ensure that you are taking care of your customers properly.
Two ways to do it
- purchase goal at the start of a campaign
- apply a tag AFTER a purchase goal in a marketing campaign, fulfillment campaign listens for the tag
